1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • The return request must be made within 7 days of delivery.
  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Customized or personalized products.
  • Printed products approved by the customer before production.
  • Gift cards or digital products.
  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear.
  • Clearance or sale items (unless damaged or defective).

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return.
  3. Share photos of the product if requested.
  4. Wait for return approval and instructions.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

4. Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
  • Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

Orders may be canceled before dispatch for a full refund.

After Shipment

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted. Customers may need to follow the return process after delivery.

Customized Orders

Customized, personalized, or printed orders cannot be canceled once production has started.

7. Exchange Policy

We may offer product exchanges in the following cases:

  • Product damaged during transit.
  • Manufacturing defect.

8. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong, defective, or damaged product), return shipping costs will be borne by Giplox.
  • For other approved returns, customers may be responsible for return shipping charges.
